Another drug bust in Weyauwega

A clerk and a Weyauwega teen face felony charges as result of security video at a convenience store.

Jeannette N. Fiorentino, 22, Weyauwega, is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, five counts of misdemeanor theft and three other drug-related misdemeanor offenses.

Jon J. Morgan, 17, Weyauwega, is charged with felony delivery of marijuana.

On Thursday, Jan. 8, Weyauwega Police Officer Katelyn Dexter met with the owners of the BP gas station in Weyauwega. They showed her video of Fiorentino, an employee, allegedly taking money out of the cash register and putting it into her pocket.

Dexter reported seeing Fiorentino take a pack of cigarettes once and money from the register three times during a single shift on Jan. 5.

While watching Fiorentino on the live security feed Jan. 8, Dexter saw Fiorentino take money from the register shortly after 4 p.m. She and Cpl. Adam Rogge then confronted Fiorentino and took her into custody.

As she was entering the store, Dexter noticed a teen male quickly exit, then stop outside and watch her.

Inside Fiorentino’s purse, Dexter found a bag with marijuana, a red plastic tube with a white powder identified as suboxone or morphine and a plastic bag with crystal meth, the complaint says.

The video also reportedly captured Fiorentino making a drug deal with a tall, skinny male just prior to her arrest. Rogge recognized the male as Morgan from prior contact.
