Colten “Bug” Sasman, age 19, Oshkosh, formerly of New London, died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 18, 2015.
Colten was born on October 4, 1995 in New London. He graduated from Oshkosh West High School and was employed at SMC Metal Fabrication in Oshkosh. Colten enjoyed basketball, football, fishing, hanging at the YMCA and family football games. He is survived and will be greatly missed by his mother Rhonda Sasman (fiancé, Jerry Petit), New London; brother, Trevor Ingalls, Oshkosh; aunts and uncles: Kim (Dave) Finger, Sonia Sasman (special friend Ricardo Davis), Tina Sasman, Rich Sasman, Wendy (Glenn) Swinton and Bridget (Adam) Rowan; cousins: Mark, Eric, Jared, Gary, “aunt” Tara, Shanna, Ryan, Andy, Kirsti, Austin, Avery, Crystal, Byron, Hunter, Autumn, Deanna, Megan, Tru, Stella, Parker, Bailey, Tanner, Isabelle, Aiden, and Coralei. He is further survived by special people: Tony, Lucas, Trevor, Robert, the Petit family, Auntie Linda, Barry and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dick, Barb, Ron; great-grandparents, Joe and Lou Latza; great-great-grandma, Alice McFaul.
Funeral services for Colten will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
