The Bonduel Bears came on strong in the 1st quarter of play out-scoring the hosting Manawa Wolves 21-10, in the Friday night, February 6, Central Wisconsin Conference-8 match up.
Manawa was able to put 11 points on the board in the second quarter, led by Sam Welch with 4.
Garret Riemer scored 6 of the Bears 15 points in the second quarter of play, giving them a 36-21 lead to end the half.
Manawa had the scoring advantage in the second half out-scoring Bonduel 29-28, but it was not enough and the Bears came away with a 64-50 victory.
Leading the scoring for Manawa was Brandon Radloff with 16, followed by Andrew Mauritz with 8.
Colton Dobratz led the scoring for Bonduel with 18, followed by Gage Petcka with 14.
In another CWC-8 match Iola-Scandinavia came up with a win, beating Shiocton 62-48.
