Theresa A. Freeman, 69, of Fish Creek passed peacefully with her family at her side on February 15, 2015.
The strength and grace with which she battled her illness was extraordinary. She was born on September 22, 1945, to Melvin and Elizabeth (Elsie) Roe in New London, WI. Theresa moved to Fish Creek in 1989. Door County was Theresa’s favorite place since she visited with her parents as a child. Her love will live on in the hearts of Bill Duquaine of Fish Creek; brother Robert (Verna) Roe of New London; children Melissa of Appleton and Dan (Michelle) of New London; grandchildren Joshua (Gabby) and Ashley (Troy); great-grandchildren Landon, Jayden and Sawyer all of New London; The Freeman family; as well as her many friends. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and brother Thomas Roe.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Stella Maris Parish, Sister Bay.
