Children played games, collected prizes and hunted for eggs during the annual Iola Lioness Easter Party held Saturday, April 4.
They also had their faces painted or wore temporary tattoos.
The Easter Bunny and a big yellow Easter Chicken were on hand.
For each activity, children received a coupon they could exchange for prizes. The prize table was set up on one end of the gymnasium at the Iola-Scandinavia Elementary School.
The Easter Egg Hunt was held in the playground area.
The event was free for children in third grade and younger.
The party was sponsored by the Iola Lioness Club with help from the Iola Leos Club and other volunteers.
