Wallace (Tim) Halbert Kellogg, Wauwatosa, formerly of New London, age 92, passed peacefully April 11, 2015 at the Zilber Hospice in Wauwatosa surrounded by his family.
Tim was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, accomplished trombone musician, and a WWII Veteran. He valued family, outdoor sports, dogs, education, nature, libraries and community service. He is survived by his wife, Grace G. Kellogg, Wauwatosa; brothers, Charles (Alice) Kellogg of Waukesha and Pat (LaVaughn) Kellogg, of New Port Richey, FL; son, Steven Kellogg of Mequon; daughters: Karen (Thomas) Kress, Sparta; Nancy Kellogg of Hardwick, VT; Kristi Funke (Joe Bachurski), Kalispell, MT; Mary Beth (Michael) Wild of Richfield; 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and countless friends. He is preceded in death by parents, Chauncey Kellogg and Edna Kellogg Vanderveer, New London, WI; sister, Lina Gulley, Springfield, IL and granddaughter, Pippin Kellogg Roe of Boston, MA.
Please join us in a celebration of his life Friday, April 17, 2015; visitation will be from 3:00-4:30 followed by a 4:30 mass at St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church, 5400 W. Washington Blvd., Milwaukee. A private family interment will take place at Floral Hill Cemetery, New London, WI. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association of Wisconsin in honor of Grace Kellogg. The Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London is serving the family.
