Fledgling blue jays leave the nest
Clintonville resident Tim Sweet had the pleasure of watching a blue jay build a nest in the TV antenna right outside his living room window this spring.
During the first week of June the babies were growing fast and crowding the nest.
The morning of June 8 they fledged. At 6 a.m. they were still in the nest, a half hour later they were in the garden.
