Marie J. Jagoditsch, nee Crain, age 84, New London, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
She was born in New London on December 30, 1930, daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret (Loughrin) Crain. She was united in marriage on May 31, 1954 to Edward “Judd” Jagoditsch at St. Patrick’s Church in Lebanon. Marie formerly worked in the business office at New London Family Medical Center. She enjoyed golfing, playing cards, bowling, going to the cottage on Bear Lake, and spending time with her family.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Scott) Boelter, Neenah; Jean (Phil) Sternig, Appleton; son, David (special friend Donna Kempf and Trystan), New London; grandchildren: Michelle Boelter, Kari (Bryan) Vindhurst, Brian (Ana) Boelter, and Hannah, Bradly and Lewis Sternig; brothers and sister-in-law, William (Suzanne) Crain, Robert Crain; Mary Fran Crain; brothers in-law: Clair Flease, Arnold Tennie and Kenneth Jagoditsch. She is further survived by a great-grandson Presten Vindhurst, numerous, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by infant daughters, Mary and Diane, her parents, husband, sisters: Marge Flease, Kathleen Tennie, and Regina (Dave) Bricco; brothers, Arthur (Patricia) Crain, Jack Crain; sister-in-law, Gail Crain and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Anna Mae and Howard Thompson.
Funeral Mass for Marie will be held at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, New London on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Arul Joseph I. officiating. Visitation will be held at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home on Friday, November 6 from 4-7 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
