Jeffrey Thomas “Jeff” Tolan, 46, Green Bay, died unexpectedly, Thursday, November 5, 2015 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Jeff is survived by his adoptive parents, Marjorie (Jakubenas) Tolan and Patrick Edward Tolan, New Smyrna Beach, FL and Clintonville, WI; siblings, Patrick Tolan II, Oviedo, FL; Peter Tolan, Marion, WI; Mary Patricia (Tolan) Samuelson, Northbrook, IL; Katrina (Tolan) Dallmann, Osceola, WI. He is also survived by his natural sisters, Janet Lynn Tolan, Jean Marie (Tolan) Geis and brother, James Patrick Tolan. He was preceded in death by his natural parents, Thomas and Beverly (Hooper) Tolan.
Jeff was an accomplished dental professional and worked at Lord’s Dental Studio in Green Bay. He was an avid Green Bay Packers football fan, attending NFL drafts, collecting memorabilia and making friends with players. Jeff was a devoted friend and family member, a genius at Sudoku, memorizing movie lines, jokes, names and almost any fact presented to him. He had a legendary Sasquatch call.
Visitation for Jeff was held at Blaney Funeral Home, Green Bay, from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, November 9. An exceptional crowd gathered afterward at Titletown Brewing Co., Jeff’s favorite hangout.
