LaVonne Marie Schulke “Bonnie”, age 73, of New London, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Residence in New London.
Bonnie was born on July 8, 1942 to the late Elmer and Meta (Vollmer) Ritchie. She graduated from New London High School in 1960 and went on to work at Hillshire Farms. Bonnie enjoyed writing letters, sending cards to relatives and friends and playing bingo. Bonnie will be remembered for never forgetting anyone’s birthday.
Bonnie is survived by sisters, Fay Fitzgerald, New London; Marianne (Mike) Melnyk, Green Bay; Susan (Raul) Rivera, Edmonds, WA; brother, Rollie (Mary Jane) Ritchie, Appleton, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Konrad (1978); husband, Ray Schulke (2011) and brother-in-law, John Fitzgerald.
A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Residence Chapel in New London; Fr. Robert Groher will be officiating.
