Jeffery C. Ammeter of Waupaca, age 56, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at ThedaCare Medical Center of Waupaca with his mother at his side.
He was born in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas on January 16, 1960 to Frederick and Yvonne (Miller) Ammeter. Jeff enjoyed farming, driving truck and spending time with family. He was also fascinated with trains and was a phenomenal cook. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Waupaca.
He will be sadly missed by his mother, Yvonne Ammeter of Waupaca; brother, Dennis (Mary) Ammeter of Waupaca; sisters, Tammy (Keith) Phagen of IL, Shelly Willer of TN; special nephew, Johnathan; dear friend, Judy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Timmy and his grandparents.
The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca, with Pastor Cliff Cameron officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated.
