New members sworn in

Jim Dins was elected president of the Clintonville School Board when it held its reorganizational meeting Monday, April 25.
Dins became the third board president in the last three years for the school board.
Ben Huber, who served as president over the past year, was elected vice-president.
Tom Neely was elected clerk for the board, while Clyde Tellock was once again elected treasurer.
Newly elected board member Lori Jean Poppe was designated as the board’s delegate to attend the CESA 8 annual convention on May 18 in Gillett. She was also designated as the representative for the CESA 8 Board of Control.
Newly elected board member Mark Zachow was designated as a delegate to the WASB Delegate Assembly. Board member Jim Schultz was designated as the alternate.
First State bank was designated as the depository for general fund, special projects fund, food service fund, CHS Rec Center, student activities, funds in transit, CHS Rec Center transit and trust fund accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
First State Bank and state of Wisconsin Local Investment Pool were designated as depositories for debt service fund accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
First National Bank, First State Bank, BMO Harris Bank, Fox Community Credit Union, Premier Community Banks, and state of Wisconsin Local Government Investment Pool were designated as depositories for investment and/or borrowing of funds.
The Clintonville Chronicle was designated as the official newspaper for publication of minutes, Class A notices and all other official business and information of the school district.
Regular meeting
The board approved the resignation of Dawn Klein from her IMC Para II position, effective with the end of the 2015-16 school year.
The board approved the resignation of Nick Thiel, middle school wrestling coach, effective immediately.
The board approved the donation of the district’s gymnastics equipment that is no longer wanted to the city of Clintonville.
The board approved an in-kind donation of the custodial costs and facility use fees for the Mission of Hope event to be held at Clintonville High School on May 7.
The board waived the bussing fuel charge for the Spanish Club and German Club trips to Chicago and back.
