Thomas J. Huebner, 60, was charged with operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fifth offense.
At 6:46 p.m. Saturday, June 18, Weyauwega Police Officer Justin Malueg was on North Mill Street near Second Avenue when he ran a records check on a northbound vehicle.
Malueg discovered that the registered owner, Huebner, did not have a Wisconsin driver’s license and his Iowa driver’s license was suspended.
Due to four prior alcohol-related convictions, Huebner is prohibited from driving with blood-alcohol content of .02 or more. A preliminary breath test at the time of his arrest indicated a .075 BAC.
