St. Peter students collect toothbrushes for Africa
St. Peter Lutheran School is kicking off the school year by collecting toothbrushes for the Central African Medical Mission.
The goal of the school is to provide child-sized (or small adult) toothbrushes for the WELS medical clinics in Malawi and Zambia.
The students have already began to contribute to this mission.
The goal of St. Peter Lutheran School and Sunday School is to donate two toothbrushes per student.
Those in the congregation who would like to join in the project may bring toothbrushes to the church or school until Sunday, Oct. 23. There is a box for contributions in the school lobby and also in the Narthex.
St. Peter Lutheran is located at 312 W. Main St., in Weyauwega.
