Teen murder case remains in adult court

The homicide case against 16-year-old Zachary Hohn will not be moved into juvenile court.

Hohn and Adam Ozuna, 24, are accused of killing and robbing Matthew Pagel, 25, then dumping his body in a ditch near Clintonville on April 11.

At a reverse-waiver hearing Wednesday, Oct. 19, Judge Raymond Huber denied a motion by Hohn’s attorneys to transfer the case to juvenile court.

The Tigerton teen is scheduled for arraignment on Tuesday, Oct. 25.
