W-F homecoming

2017 court announced

Weyauwega-Fremont High School’s 2017 homecoming court has been announced.

This year’s court is made up of freshmen respresentative Ashley Johnson, escorted by Kyle Loehrke; sophomore representative Katie Bleck, escorted by Gavin Curtis; junior representative Morgan Monty, escorted by Cole Hudziak; senior representative Izzy Brogaard, escorted by Louis Knecht; and Homecoming Queen Kiley Akey, escorted by Homecoming King Brandon Scheer.

Homecoming week activities began Monday, Sept. 18 and run through Saturday, Sept. 23.

This year’s theme is a Disney one, and dress-up days wrap up Friday, Sept. 22, which is Spirit Day.

The pep rally is taking place at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, followed by the parade at 2 p.m.

The football game versus Wittenburg begins at 7 p.m.

The homecoming dance is being held from 8-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, in the high school commons, with the crowning of the king and queen set for 9:30 p.m.
