Waupaca County sheriff’s report April 2

• April 1 – Caller from the N1700 block of Sue Lane, Waupaca, reported someone drove through their yard, struck a mailbox and left car parts at the scene.

• April 1 – A Clintonville man requested an ambulance after a dog he tried to return to its home bit him. He said the dog bit him as he was checking its collar for the owner’s name.

• April 1 – Caller from the 100 block of Maple Street, Waupaca, reported her dog was missing. It was described as a black lab and collie mix with a white star on its chest and white paws.

• April 1 – Caller from the N3000 block of County Trunk W, New London, reported a pit bull bit her.

• April 1 – Waupaca caller reported someone attempted to use her credit card, but no money was taken.

• March 31 – A 76-year-old resident of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King reported the theft of $250-$300.

• March 31 – Shopko store on West Fulton in Waupaca reported holding an employee for theft.

• March 31 – Caller from the 600 block of Oak Street, Waupaca, reported being verbally threatened.

• March 30 – Caller from the N6200 block of County Trunk O, Manawa, reported a 12-year-old boy was walking around with a blanket and pajama pants.

• March 30 – A Charter Communications technician reported someone threw a bottle of green paint at his truck and dented it while it was parked on Royalton Street in Waupaca.

• Waupaca caller reported her ex-husband made threatening comments about harming her current significant other.

• March 30 – Caller from 200 block of East Union Street, Waupaca, reported decorations outside his apartment building had been stolen.

• March 30 – Main Street Marketplace in Waupaca reported they had security video of a woman shoplifting in their store.

• March 30 – While doing inventory for an auction, an employee of Waupaca County Industries in Manawa reported a porch swing, an outdoor glider and a picnic table were missing.

• March 30 – Employee at Taco Bell, Fulton Street, Waupaca, reported a group of teens in a red Pontiac G6 going through the drive-thru multiple times and even trying to drive backwards. Someone saw a booze bottle tossed out of the car.

• March 29 – Caller from the 700 block of East Fulton Street, reported the theft of a gray BMX bike with a red front tire and a black rear tire.

• March 29 – Caller from Wells Street, Manawa, reported neighbors urinating off their balcony.

• March 29 – Caller from the N10100 block of State Highway 110, Marion, reported seeing a man running after a woman into a field.

• March 28 – Caller from Rieben Road, Waupaca, reported his roommate took some clonazepam, is hallucinating and believes there is a baby in the attic.

• March 28 – Waupaca Foundry Plant 2/3 reported a silver Chevy Impala in the parking lot. The driver was passed out. When he regained consciousness, he seemed confused.

• March 27 – Caller from the N2400 block of Meartz Road, New London, reported a truck turned onto a snowmobile trail, went into his woods and became stuck on a tree stump.

• March 27 – A Manawa man said his son went to visit his mother and his stepfather grabbed him around the neck and left marks.
