Makeover at credit union

Design is member focused

Renovations are underway at Fox Communities Credit Union, 3 N. Main St., Clintonville.

Local contractors began construction on May 15 and are expected to be finished in September.

Fox Communities Credit Union does not anticipate any interruption to hours or services.

The remodel will feature a new design without a traditional teller counter.

Instead, the member can stand next to staff and view their accounts together, allowing for easier communication between the teller and the member.

“Careful thought was put into creating a look that encourages members to be more comfortable when visiting their financial,” said Nancy Krahn, vice president of branch operations.

“The members have the option to view the computer screen as their transactions are processed, allowing them to see the activity within their accounts,” Krahn said. “This creates an interactive environment between members and staff which enhances the member experience. We have this same design at several of our Green Bay area locations, and the members there love it, so we are excited to offer it to our membership in the Clintonville area.”

Nicole Much, branch manager at the Clintonville location, said she and her staff are eager about the new look.

“We are thrilled to be continuing our investment within the Clintonville community by upgrading to this new way of interacting with our members,” Much said. “The remodel allows for a larger lobby area featuring a waiting area with a coffee bar. Overall, the new look will provide a nice relaxing experience for many years.”
