Library announces fall programs
Beginning then, the library will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Three library programs are also being held at the public libraries in Fremont and
The programs are a joint effort of children librarians Kelly Kneisler and Jill Kocovsky, and Traci Zietlow, who is the 4-year-old kindergarten teacher in the Weyauwega-Fremont School District.
The three programs are Baby Time, Toddler Time and Rhyme Time.
Baby Time and Toddler Time are programs that involve moving to music with a child. Rhyme Time includes the development of nursery rhymes through crafts, movement, music, drama and games.
Baby Time will be for children 3 to 12 months of age on the first Wednesday of the month. It will be held at 10 a.m. in Fremont and at 11 a.m. in Weyauwega.
Toddler Time will be for children 12 months to 3 years of age and will be held on the second Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m. in Fremont and at 11 a.m. in Weyauwega.
Rhyme Time will be for children 3 to 5 years of age. It will be held on the third Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m. in Fremont and at 11 a.m. in Weyauwega.
Children need to be accompanied by an adult during the program. Any caregiver, parent or grandparent may attend with the children.
Registration will begin on Friday, Sept. 3. To register, call the Fremont library at 920-446-2474 or the Weyauwega library at 920-867-3742.
There will also be a general Story Time program at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, at the Neuschafer Community Library in Fremont.
