Norwegian Christmas planned in Iola
Celebrate a Norwegian Christmas at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the Community Room in the Iola Municipal Building. The free program is sponsored by the Sons of Norway-Norskeland Lodge of Iola and the Iola Village Library. There will be Christmas stories, songs in Norwegian and dancing around the tree. The children will make two Christmas ornaments to take home to decorate their own tree. Refreshments include homemade Norwegian treats.
