Community Summerfest seeks participants
Weyauwega’s Community Summerfest Committee has begun planning for the third annual event.
It will be held on Sunday, July 22, at Weyauwega Community Park.
Nonprofit groups are invited to attend a meeting of the committee at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 15, in the lower-level meeting room at Weyauwega Public Library.
The event will be reviewed, possible participation opportunities will be discussed and questions will be addressed. Sign-up times will also be available.
The committee wants to utilize the park’s space while not having a duplication of events. Therefore, applications for participation will be on a first-come/first-served basis.
