People for Peace offers scholarship
Waupaca People for Peace is sponsoring an annual scholarship to a graduating senior from an area high school. In an essay of about 250 words, scholarship applicants should discuss their views on peace and how they intend to pursue peace in their own lives and in their world through their education. The deadline for applications May 1.
