Lakes group to hold open house
The Friends of Mirror and Shadow Lakes will host an open house from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 21, at 111 Junction St. Two presentations will be the focus of the open house. One, titled "A Lake-friendly Approach to Your Waterfront" will be by Patrick Goggin, who is a UW-Extension lake specialist. The second will be "How to Identify Invasive Aquatic Plants" by Kate Carson, aquatic invasive species coordinator with Golden Sands RC&D
