Sauerkraut Festival Aug. 3-5
The 48th Annual Sauerkraut Festival will be held Aug. 3-5 in Bear Creek. Features include lawn tractor pulls, a silent auction, kraut dinner, craft fair, musical entertainment from Nashville Pipeline on Friday and the Vic Ferrari Band on Saturday, as well as food and drinks throughout the festival. A "Show and Shine" car show will be held on Sunday. Sunday’s events also include Mass at 10:30 a.m. and a parade at 2 p.m. Dinner with Mad Dog and Merrill will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
