T-bird Booster Club kicks off membership drive
Members are being recruited for the newly formed Thunderbird Booster Club.
This district-sponsored club is a not-for-profit organization of parents, school staff, alumni, community members and business owners dedicated to supporting, encouraging and advancing all co-curricular activities of the Iola-Scandinavia School District.
The Thunderbird Booster Club will raise funds through a wide variety of activities including concession stands, fundraising events and sponsorships.
All membership fees and money earned remains within the I-S School District and is used to support co-curricular activities.
Although volunteering time is appreciated, it is not a requirement. Members will have a chance to make a positive impact on the I-S student body while keeping updated on all booster club activities.
