Water main problems at Iola school
A crack has been discovered in the water main in front of the Iola Elementary School. The village of Iola is working to resolve the problem Tuesday, Oct. 16, with hopes it will be fixed before school starts on Wednesday. At 1 p.m. Tuesday, all elementary students will walk to the Fitness and Aquatic Center or High School for the remainder of the day. Students in 4K through third grade will be dismissed from the Fitness and Aquatic Center. Fourth through sixth-grade students will be dismissed from the high school gym.
