I-S School Board meets July 12
The school board of the School District of Iola-Scandinavia will hold its regular monthly meeting at 8 p.m. Monday, July 12, in the high school library. Agenda items include auditing and approval of vouchers; treasurer's report; administrative reports; budget status; food service report; second readings of Emergency Nursing Services policy, Communicable Diseases policy, Administering Medication to Students policy, and Room Use Contract exhibit; and 2009-10 goals update.
The Finance Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the elementary school conference room. Agenda items include review of the 2009-10 budget, transfer of appropriations for 2009-10, 2009-10 food service report, review of pupil activity accounts and 2010-11 budget and tax levy recommendations.
