Talent Show results
Violinist Rebekah Wierzchowski won the Talent Show July 22.
Second place in the Thursday Night on Main event was John Thorne on harmonica, followed by vocalist Mark Simon in third place. Honorable Mention was Zach Wierzchowski and his dog Copper.
Due to rain, the event was held at the Iola-Scandinavia High School.
The next Thursday Night on Main will be held from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 12 in downtown Iola. Performing will be the Regal Blend Barbershop Quartet and the local band Hatley.
