Click It or Ticket Award
Terry Askey, Law Enforcement Liaison Officer for the Wisconsin State Patrol - Bureau of Transportation Safety, presents Waupaca Police Officer Diana Flatoff with an appreciation award for her efforts with the 2012 Click It or Ticket Campaign.
As of Aug. 5, Flatoff had issued 148 seat belt-related citations in 2012. Seat belt violations include drivers who fail to wear seat belts, passengers failing to wear a seat belt, drivers failing to have a passenger seat-belted and failing to have a child in proper safety restraints.
