Halloween fun at Scandinavia Public Library on Oct. 30
Kids can kick off their trick-or-treating fun one hour early at the Scandinavia Public Library. On Sunday, Oct. 30, from 1-2 p.m. the library will provide some spooky stories and ghastly games. Individuals age 18 and under will also get to take home a free book.
For more information, or to volunteer for this event, call the library at 715-467-4636.
The Scandinavia Public Library book group will discuss the novel "These is My Words" by Nancy Turner at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27. November's book group meeting will be moved back one week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. It will instead meet at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1.
