Supporting breast cancer research

Nov. 9, 2011 | 0 comments

Tadych's Econo Foods of Clintonville collected donations from customers during Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October). A $500 match was provided by Tadych's Econo Foods for a total donation of $1,052.67 to the Susan Komen Foundation. Employees Debra Wurth (left) and Kris Schreiber (center) celebrated the donation along with Store Manager Char Olmsted (right). Wurth's doctors found cancerous cells in her body through early detection, and were able to successfully remove all harmful cells. Schreiber was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
