Swimming lessons begin at pool
Session I swimming lessons began Monday, June 18 at the Weyauwega Swim Lake.
Space is available in the Session II and III sessions.
Morning lessons are ine 30-minute increments, beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at noon. Evening lessons are held from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
Private lessons may be scheduled at any time with an instructor of choice at a cost of $10 an hour. Advance payment is required at the time of scheduling.
Offered at parent-tot, levels 1 to 6, guardstart (age 14 and up) and lifeguarding courses (ages 15 1/2 and up).

The pool's staff are interested in starting adult swimming lessons/aerobics but need feedback first.
Weyauwega Swim Lake's pool hours are 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Waupaca Foundry recently gave a donation to the pool. Other businesses and individuals interested in doing so may call the pool at 920-867-2555.
Plans call to use donated funds to purchase new equipment for swim lessons.
