Shamla Anjali Gleisner and David Michael Laabs were married July 24, 2011, at Arbor View Gardens, Clintonville, with Brenda Spina of The Center for Family Healing in Menasha officiating.
The bride, daughter of Andy and Sheri Gleisner of Clintonville, is currently employed as a CNA at Rennes Health and Rehabilitation Center in De Pere. The groom, son of Doug Laabs of Appleton and Joan Petznick of New London, is employed as a security guard at Target in Appleton.
Attendants for the couple were Britany Michael as maid-of-honor and Chris Hummell as best man. Danielle Rasllan and Ut Gleisner, Hannah and John Sevilla, Nisha Lassman-Eul and Jamie Gleisner, Sarah and Mark Omdal, and Jaymie Noak and Travis Meyer completed the wedding party.
Johathan Laabs, Caleb Nelson, Nick Verhagen, and Sam Robinson served as ushers.
Rustic Resort, Clover Leaf Lakes, hosted the reception and dance. The couple resides in De Pere.
