Weyauwega Public Library news
Free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings are being offered at the Weyauwega Public Library, courtesy of Weyauwega Health Care Center. They will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7. The blood sugar screening is a non-fasting screening.
Also coming up at the library is an eight-week self-help study group. Debbie Ford's best-selling book, The Dark Side of the Light Chasers, will guide participants past self-punishing patterns that often bind them. The group begins meeting at the library at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12. For more information, call Madilene at 920-867-4770.
Another program being held at the library is "We Should Have Asked Aunt Grace - Collecting Family History Before it's too Late." Glenda Rhodes will lead the program, teaching others how to get started in family genealogy. It will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12
