Domestic abuse charges filed
Terrill J. Henning, 22, Embarrass, was charged with felony strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct in an alleged domestic abuse incident.
On the morning of Nov. 12, Waupaca County Sheriff's Deputy Patrick Gorchals spoke to an Embarrass woman who said Henning had dragged her out of bed, pushed her against the wall and held his hands around her neck. She said Henning had been unable to find his cellphone and accused her of taking it.
Henning denied choking the woman.
