Second offense for an 18yo means he was convicted of drunk driving TWICE before he was old enough to drink. And yet, he wasn't charged with underage drinking - was he drunk, or not?
It also doesn't mention that he was charged with speeding (while drunk), driving while his license was revoked, and failing to install an ignition lock after his first conviction.
One reason why these charges might not have been considered "news", is because the judge gave him a "walk" on these charges.
The 5 days of jail time he got for the DUI can be served in his hometown - we can only assume the judge didn't want him driving back and forth to use his Huber privileges.
Anyone want to take bets on how many DUIs he can rack up before he's old enough to drive? How many concurrent charges his attorney can plea away?
