Three men arrested for sexual assault
New London police arrested three men who have been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl.
According to police, the assault happened while the men were traveling between Green Bay, Appleton and New London, and in front of a residence located in Northgate Estates.
Police were contacted about the incident at 3:40 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18. They arrested two New London men, ages 18 and 22, and a 20-year-old Weyauwega man.
Two of the men will be referred to the Waupaca County district attorney's office for charges, and one will be referred to Outagamie County.
Investigators have recommended charges of sexual assault and false imprisonment.
No further information is being released as the case is still under investigation.
