May 9, 2012 | 0 comments

Mark T. Gardner, 45, Waupaca, was charged with felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct.

On April 23, Gardner appeared in Waupaca County Circuit Court on multiple drug charges after he had been arrested for scaring customers at Schueller's Great Exspechtations. Gardner was released from custody on a $2,000 signature bond.

Shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday, April 29, Waupaca Police Officer Nathan Winistorfer was dispatched to the Kwik Trip on West Fulton Street.

When he arrived, Winistorfer found Gardner outside the store, pacing back and forth, speaking in a loud voice, according to the criminal complaint. Gardner told the officer he was upset because everyone was against him.

A witness told police that Gardner had been yelling and swearing at customers as they entered the store.
