Waupaca man charged with intimidation
Allen L. Taylor, 22, Waupaca, was charged with felony intimidation of a victim, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.
On Wednesday, July 25, Waupaca County Sheriff's Deputy Peter Bosquez spoke with a man and a woman regarding a July 18 incident involving Taylor.
They told the officer that they had been sleeping the night of July 18 when Taylor entered the bedroom and began punching the man in the head and back. They said the woman was able to calm Taylor down.
According to the criminal complaint, Taylor began calling and sending texts to the woman's grandmother the following day, threatening her and the other man if they informed authorities.
Taylor was charged as a repeat offender due to prior misdemeanor convictions.
He was convicted of disorderly conduct in February 2011 and of disorderly conduct and battery in July 2009.
