May 23, 2012 | 0 comments

Randall R. Seeger, 30, Waupaca, was charged with a fourth drunken driving offense.

At 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 21, State Trooper Kendi Linjer clocked a pickup truck traveling 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. She pulled the vehicle over and identified the driver as Seeger, who allegedly had glassy eyes and slurred speech, according to the criminal complaint.

Seeger was transported to the New London Family Medical Center, where a sample of his blood was drawn and then sent to the State Crime Lab. The complaint says Seeger had a 0.186 blood-alcohol level.

Seeger was previously convicted of drinking and driving offenses in November 2003, February 2008 and February 2009.
