Waupaca woman charged with disorderly conduct, bail jumping
Mandalenichen G. Parascand, 28, Waupaca, was charged with disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping.
Shortly before 2 a.m. Monday, July 16, Waupaca County Sheriff's Deputy Timothy Myers was dispatched to a home on Snug Harbor Lane in Dayton in response to a domestic disturbance.
When he came to the intersection of Snug Harbor Lane and Cleghorn Road, Myers found a woman, identified as Parascand, lying in the roadway.
According to the criminal complaint, Parascand appeared intoxicated. When asked about the disturbance, Parascand reportedly said that her ex-boyfriend had called and asked her to come and pick him up, but when she arrived she found him with another woman and became upset.
Myers did not see any vehicles parked in the area and asked Parascand how she arrived at the home. Initially, Parascand said a friend gave her a ride. Then she said she came by boat, the complaint says.
Myers spoke with the ex-boyfriend, who said Parascand came to the residence about 1:45 a.m., while he and another woman were sitting on the dock. Parascand allegedly began yelling at them, so they went into the house. He told the deputy that Parascand then began banging on the doors and windows, shining a flashlight into the home and screaming.
On Sept. 16, 2011, Parascand appeared in court on three felony counts of forgery uttering. She was released on a $2,000 signature bond with the condition that she not commit any crimes.
