RumbleFest 2012

Three Big Days... Labor Day Weekend 2012. RumbleFest is a hot rod show featuring over 200 traditionally styled, pre-1965 hot rods, custom cars and vintage motor cycles. The show will have a dozen or more rockabilly, 60's surf and honky tonk bands from around the midwest (two stages) playing each night until 11PM. There will be a large automotive swap meet and many commercial vendors selling everything from hot rod parts to vintage clothing. The show will also host vintage stock cars on the fairgrounds 1/3 mile clay track plus crazy 125' mini-bike drag racing on the dirt track's front stretch. Show participants can take "hot laps" Saturday PM.There will be a ladies' roller derby demonstration in the Expo Building and the girls will be running a dunk tank as a fundraiser. Vintage Pin-up girl contest on Saturday. Great food and cheap beer. Plenty to see and do... this IS NOT your average "cars-in-the-park show".
