WICEC 2012 QUILT RAFFLE

. The Waupaca International Cultural Exchange is holding a raffle. Tickets are available to purchase only until the date of the drawing on August 18th, 2012 at the “Bourbon Street to Broadway” performance at the Gerald Knoepfel Auditorium. Ticket prices are: 1 for $5, 3 for $10 and 8 for $20.00. All proceeds will benefit the exchange program allowing the young people of Waupaca to travel to our sister city; Mitoyo, and also in providing venues for sharing the travelers’ experience with our Waupaca Community. The quilt is on display at the Waupaca Library and tickets will be available periodically through an attending WICEC member. Tickets are also available to purchase by contacting Cindy at 715 256-9661.
