Pre-diabetes and Diabetes: Healthy changes work for both!

Diabetes Ed CDE staff will give an overview of pre-diabetes, diabetes, and the dramatic effect that changes in lifestyle can make to prevent diabetes from occurring, as well as become a major treatment for diabetes.
