At the Waupaca Art Show in late April Danielle Attoem, a student at Little Wolf High School in Manawa, won first-place honots in the category of student three-dimensional art for her plaster figure titled “Clarice.”
“A View from Below” by Waupaca High School student Shari Schoohs won first place honors in the category of student two-dimensional art.
“Colossal Order,” a ceramic piece by Jacob Oftedahl of Iola won first place in the category of non-professional three-dimensional art.
Scott Cook of Waupaca won second place in the category of professional two-dimensional art for his oil painting, “Untitled IV.”
Steve Ballard’s “Arrangement at the Electrolux Hotel” was among the hundreds of paintings, sculptures, photos and ceramics exhibited at the annual Waupaca Art Show. The Appleton artist’s work won first place in the category of professional three-dimensional work.
