As a tax paying citizen of Waupaca County, I feel there is no valid reason for County Road Q from State Highway 54 to Round Lake Road to be in such terrible condition after 10 years in the planning.
At a time when Wisconsin's economy ranks at the bottom nationwide, when the magical promise to create 250,000 jobs has failed to manifast more than a tiny a fraction of the promise, when the jobs that have been created are at reduced salaries, when even people who can find jobs are finding that these jobs do not pay enough to cover basic survival - much less health care- can Sen. Luther Olsen please explain why he would refuse federal Medicaid monies.
