Flanagan to be honored
Tuesday, Jan. 24, will be a special night for those attending the Central Wisconsin 8 Conference boys' basketball game at Weyauwega-Fremont High School.
A special ceremony is planned to honor Mike Flanagan, who retired last year after 41 seasons of coaching boys' basketball at Weyauwega-Fremont. A social gathering will take place in the high school study hall room at 6 p.m., with the recognition ceremony to take place between the junior varsity and varsity games at about 7:15 p.m.
After the game, former players, friends and family are encouraged to stay and reminisce.
