Four area players named to Legion all-star squad
Rosters have been announced for the upcoming Fox River Valley American Legion League all-star game.
The National Conference team includes Waupaca's Jake Reedy; New London's Peyton Hoffherr and Nick Wunderlich; and Hortonville's Brett Kramer.
The National team will take on the American Conference all-stars at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium in Grand Chute.
Waupaca Legion coach Kyle Douglas will coach the National team, along with Chad Lashock of the Appleton DoubleDays and Dave Emmers of the Appleton Legion team.
