Trucker grapplers lose to Winneconne
The Wolves handed the Truckers a loss on Dec. 2, as six Clintonville wrestlers were pinned. The Truckers pinned two Wolves wrestlers.
Cody Guyette (106) was pinned in 43 seconds. Winneconne earned a forfeit win at 113 pounds, and Kelvyn Van Laarhoven (120) was pinned in 2:44. At 126 pounds, Dustin Zarnoth lost a 6-2 decision, and Jake Van Allen (132) was pinned in 3:37.
Jared Henschel earned a 7-3 decision at 138 pounds, and Payton Dimick lost by pin in 4:18 at 145 pounds. Shayne Collar lost a 4-0 decision at 152 pounds, and Mike Klemp lost by pin in 1:51 at 160 pounds.
Charlie Poppe earned a pin in 1:44 at 170 pounds, while Marcus Engel picked up a forfeit win at 182 pounds. Jake Reiter earned a pin in 26 seconds at 195 pounds.
Brandon Lohrentz was pinned in 2:23 at 220 pounds, and Lucas Carrigg (285) earned a forfeit victory.
The Truckers will wrestle at home on Thursday, Dec. 8, with matches set to begin at 7 p.m. in the Field House.
