Volleyball skills clinic scheduled
The Fox Cities Elite volleyball team will host a volleyball skills clinic in Appleton for girls ages 8-14.
The clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 2, at Players Choice, E3055 Edgewood Trail (County Trunk JJ), Appleton. The cost is $25 and participants can check in starting at 8:45 a.m.
Fox Cities Elite coaches and players will run the clinic, which will focus on skill introduction and development, including massing, hitting, setting and serving.
Funds raised from the clinic will be used to send the Fox Cities Elite team to the USAV National Tournament July 2-6 in Columbus, Ohio.
